I moved away from Baton Rouge a couple years ago, but this is one of the only places I make a point to go to EVERYTIME I come back. If I could lift the place by the foundation and bring it with me while I travel, I'd have it strapped to the roof of my car. The special biegnets are amazing! I'm fairly sure I died and was resurrected by a strawberry cheesecake biegnet from here. The staff is always delightful and wonderful.

Extremely high quality beignets that are like little pillows with a perfect balance of crispy crust and soft insides. The sauces add a lot (the matcha is awesome). Service was friendly and excellent! So glad we happened by this place while back in town, it's really special! It's been a decade since I lived in Louisiana, but I still remember good vs. bad beignets and these are way on the good side.

I was in the area and saw this place had beignets. I told the employee that it was my first time here. When I asked her about the difference between a traditional macchiato and regular one, she explained it very well. She had a welcoming presence! I ordered Biscoff beignets and a macchiato (similar to Starbucks iced caramel macchiato). I always notice the texture food and then the flavor. These beignets hit the spot. Very light, pillowy, but fresh. It was so good. I went back a second time to…

Dropped here as our last taste of baton rouge and they did not disappoint!! Paisley And Halsey realized we were from out of town and aimed to make our experience special with a special latte and souvenirs!! These ladies were next level with their customer service and set the example for southern hospitality The beignets were fresh and delicious!! Definitely would recommend this great business!

I ordered on DoorDash, just to be clear. I had the Latte with white mocha flavor added. It was perfectly sweetened and definitely hit the spot. The bacon, egg and cheese croissant had a generous serving of thick cut bacon on a fluffy croissant, with a couple dashes of Crystal hot sauce I added at home... pefect! The Praline beignets with pecans were nice, especially dunked in a hot latte. I think next time I'll stick with the traditional style beignets, though. For my first time having Beignet…
